Baby boo's are back - Not sure how long this adorable little pumpkin will be available this year but next few weeks it is steady.

Purple Bliss

The potato is firm to the bite, and evenly coloured, deep purple throughout the skin and flesh..

Chestnuts

Chestnuts are unique in so many ways!  Gluten free, contain no fat, have low GI and no cholesterol. Chestnuts are versatile! They can be used in savoury and sweet recipes or eaten as a delicious snack on their own

Popcorn Shoots

The shoots are amazingly sweet! They are most tender when light is withheld - this is called Blanching.

A little conical shaped cabbage. Has amazing sweet cabbage flavour and can be cooked or fresh.

Yuzu fruit the highly prized Japanese citrus fruit with the beautifully perfumed smell and juice. Size of a tennis ball and smaller not perfect in the look but character driven which gives it loads of potential for the plate.
